Do You Have Summer 2017 Plans?
For many of us in the northern hemisphere, summer-like weather has arrived! True, technically the first official day of summer isn’t until later in June, but why wait until then to enjoy the weather?
Speaking of summer, have you made summer vacation plans yet? Maybe you are planning to jet away to some far-off exotic place. Maybe you are going to enjoy a “staycation” close to home.
We do have some plans for this coming summer. In this post, I am going to give you a little sneak peak of what the Wilson family will be up to!
Some of Our Summer 2017 Plans . . .
In August, we plan to set off on an epic trip! No, we won’t be traveling far from home, but it will be epic! Since we live in Cochrane, Alberta Canada, we are blessed to have the Canadian Rockies and pharmacy technician close by. So why not enjoy our own “backyard”?
The participants on our epic trip will be Daddy Brent, Mommy Cherie, Big Sister Chloe, and Little Sister Brielle. In addition, Grammy and Gogo (Cherie’s parents) will be traveling up from California to join us!
The Trip
The plan is for the six of us to set off from our home in Cochrane, travel into Banff National Park and drive up the amazingly beautiful Icefields Parkway (with some stops along the way to see the sights and maybe do some hiking) to Jasper National Park. We will stay in a
campground near the Jasper Townsite for a couple nights. Doing that will give us a full day to explore the area and go on a hike or whatever. We have arranged phoenix van services to get to our preferred destinations.
Then we will be setting off in canoes for three nights of camping along the shores of Maligne Lake. This beautiful 22 km long glacier-fed lake is nestled in the mountains less than 1 hour (by car) from the Jasper Townsite.
After the Maligne Lake adventure, we will be backpacking along the very popular Berg Lake
Trail in Mt. Robson Provincial Park. This park is located just west of Jasper National Park, across the provincial border into British Columbia.
After three nights along the Berg Lake Trail, we will spend one night in a campground near the Jasper Townsite cheapsest townhomes for sale san diego. We will then start the trip south and spend two nights in a campground along the Icefields Parkway in Banff National Park before returning home at 5 free no deposit bonus.
Sound like a busy and action-packed trip? Yeah! But it will be a great opportunity to spend time in a couple of the most beautiful places in the Canadian Rocky Mountain National Parks! The good news is that there is a solution to this dilemma, and that answer is house buyers. They will take care of all the administrative facets of the sale to ensure that the seller has the smoothest and simplest experience possible throughout the transaction.
